Strategic Planning
Effective strategic planning includes active listening to all stakeholders through surveys, forums, and interviews, with an emphasis on analyzing your data over time and building a plan that has a bias toward action that can be regularly monitored, reported, and adjusted throughout the life of the plan.
Community Engagement
Through our exceptional custom survey tools, we will work with you to engage all stakeholders in your community in a variety of ways to ensure that your goals, actions and activities support your district’s mission, vision, and values. We will also provide support with the development, alignment, and implementation of your district’s IG plan.
Accountability
Developing a strategic plan is just the first step. The real work is the implementation. Our SAP Scorecard system® will ensure the plans we develop are monitored, reported on, and improve over time through effective feedback loops.
Data Analysis
We will work with your Admin Team and Board to complete a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) assessment of your district. This proposal also includes an ODE report card data analysis of your comparators or any other datasets you would like reviewed.
Community Engagement
We will facilitate a Strategic Planning Committee that will have unlimited access to community and school surveys customized to your needs and driven by your Goals. This proposal also includes on-site interviews, admin training, and two Community Forums.
SAP Scorecard
Development, implementation, and maintenance of a scorecard aligned to the district’s unifying Strategic Plan from development in August 2024 to June 2025 completion. The Strategic Plan will be a 5 Year unifying document and will align to Integrated Guidance requirements.
